Pest Control on OMR, Chennai
We are based at the southern end of the OMR corridor, so apartments, villas, offices and factories along it are our home territory.
Pest control in OMR: how we help
OMR (Old Mahabalipuram Road, also called Rajiv Gandhi Salai) is Chennai’s IT corridor, lined with offices, gated communities, apartments, villas, schools and new construction. Welcare Pest Expertz is based in Kelambakkam at the southern end of the corridor, so customers along OMR get a local team rather than a call centre in another part of the city.
Pest problems here follow the neighbourhood. Constant construction makes pre-construction anti-termite treatment especially valuable, the coastal humidity favours cockroaches, mosquitoes and termites, and open plots between layouts bring rats and snakes. Customers in the area include apartment buildings, offices and independent homes.
What we see along OMR
Gated communities and apartments
Cockroaches, ants and termites in new apartments and villas. We can treat single homes or quote for whole blocks.
Offices and IT campuses
Pantries, false ceilings and storerooms attract cockroaches and rodents. We can set up regular visits and annual maintenance contracts.
New construction
Pre-construction anti-termite treatment protects a building from day one, as the soil is treated while the foundation is built.
Open plots and greenery
Vacant land and gardens bring mosquitoes, rats and occasionally snakes. Perimeter and rodent control reduces the risk.

What customers say
Excellent experience with Welcare Pest Expertz; the timely services, well-trained team, and thorough explanation-this is exactly what a customer would want. The treatment worked just perfectly, and we have never seen any pests again in our home. Highly recommended!
Before beginning the treatment, the technician inspected the whole house. They looked at corners, kitchen areas, storage spaces, and bathrooms. This allowed them to see what kind of pest issue they were dealing with. I appreciated how thorough their inspection was. This told me they knew what they were doing.
Excellent service! The team was punctual, professional, and very polite. They completed the pest control neatly and safely, explained the precautions clearly, and followed up with a second visit as promised. Reasonable pricing and great customer service. Highly recommended!
